Black Friday Deals Reviewed – Part 1
Across the country shoppers anxiously await Black Friday. If you’re looking for the best deals on a new car, you may want to skip the mall and go car shopping instead. Here’s a brief review of the best (and a few of the worst) offers out there.
BMW Joy Sales Event – Get a holiday finance credit of up to $2,500 on most models. If you’re looking for a diesel check out the 335d and X5 xDrive35d models, BMW is currently offering a $4,500 Eco Credit. You may want to avoid the BMW M3 if you’re looking for big time savings, with just 3% off you’re likely to not even notice the savings.
Cadillac Season’s Best Sale – Offing up to $10,000 cash allowance on high-end models, Cadillac is offering big incentives to clear out 2009 models. Get $3,000 off the affordable 2009 Cadillac CTS or $5,000 off the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V.
Dodge Year End Wrap Up – Get up to $5,500 cash back on remaining 2009 Dodge Rams, or a $2,000 cash allowance on many 2010 models. Dodge is also offering a free upgrade to an AWD Charger, basically they’re trying to clear lots of a car no one wants, I’d turn this “deal” down.
Ford Year End Sales Event – Ford’s 0% APR plus $1,000 cash back offer is pretty weak compared to competitors. However the added savings makes the 2010 Ford Escape a good bargain, get $2,000 in rebates on a 2010 model when most manufactures are offering discounts on 2009 vehicles.
GM Dealer Closing Sale – Over 1,000 Cadillac, Buick, GMC, and Chevrolet dealerships are closing across the country. Look for GM dealerships closing in your area and save up to $2,000.
Subaru Share The Love Event – If you are more interested in supporting a good cause than getting a deal, Subaru is donating $250 to charity when you purchase or lease a new vehicle. The program raised $5 million for charities last year, purchase a Subaru before Jan. 4 2010 if you would like to contribute.
Suzuki Holiday Cash Event – Combining factory rebates plus an additional $500 cash back will get you a 2010 Suzuki SX4 Crossover for less than $15,000.
