2010 Range Rover Recall
It’s not even 2010 yet and Land Rover is already recalling about 4,000 Range Rover vehicles due to potential problems with passenger airbag deployment. The recall will begin by December 21st. If you’re a 2010 Range Rover owner you can call 1-800-452-4827 learn more. No information is currently available on the Land Rover website, but you can read the NHSTA recall notice here.
This potential problem would be a useful bargaining point when negotiating with a Land Rover dealer. Current reports show some new 2010 Range Rovers are selling for less than $75,000. That’s about $4K below starting price.
The 2010 Range Rover is loaded with subtle updates that only discerning Land Rover drivers are likely to notice. With a new 5.0 liter V-8 engine, the new Range is more powerful than it’s predecessor while retaining it’s classic image.
Enjoy the adaptive sport mode, which will learn each drivers style and provide appropriate throttle response, increasing both efficiency and driving comfort.
An updated classic, the Range Rover provides refined power and luxury that few manufactures can offer. In spite of this recall the 2010 Range is still worth every penny, and now might be the perfect time to get the best deal.
